Privacy and public visibility
Working in Romania is an independent platform for promoting non-EU candidates for possible job opportunities in Romania. It separates public information from secure account data, so Romania work readiness and limited CV visibility can be presented while private data remains protected.
Public pages may describe a non-EU worker profile in general terms. Passport data, private files, payment data, contact details, unlock status, dossier status, and operational records stay inside the secure account area.
Non-EU worker account data
Non-EU worker profiles, CV files, identity details, documents, payments, and dossier-related records are handled inside the secure account area. Access is role-based and depends on the relevant platform rule, consent step, or paid action.
When a non-EU worker creates an account, accepts these terms, completes a profile, submits CV information, uploads account materials, or activates Romania visibility, the worker authorizes Working in Romania to process and use the worker profile, CV signals, readiness information, and uploaded account materials for platform operation, candidate promotion, matching, review, communication, billing, support, duplicate prevention, fraud prevention, and presentation to approved Romanian employers, recruitment partners, or non-EU agencies inside the secure platform. Private documents and contact data remain protected and are shared only through the applicable account workflow, access rule, paid action, or separate approval step when required.
Non-EU agency access
Non-EU agencies can create a free account and publish unlimited confirmed vacancies for Romania. A paid contact-access subscription reveals only the contact details that a worker entered in the worker profile; it does not reveal private documents.
A candidate-initiated representation request may be shown to the selected agency before its managed workspace is active. The agency cannot accept that request, receive the worker in its workspace, or obtain contact data until the Non-EU Agency Workspace is active and the worker visibility requirements are satisfied.
Candidate documents become readable by an agency only when the agency has an active managed workspace, representation is active, the agency sends a separate document-access request, and the worker separately approves it. For a worker who owns a personal account, agency access is read-only: the worker remains the sole owner and manager of the profile and documents and is responsible for keeping them complete, correct, and current. The worker may withdraw the permission at any time.
Romanian agency workflow
Romanian recruitment agencies may create dedicated accounts and use candidate search, consent, beneficiary, recruitment-project, immigration, and private-document modules. A project may link directly to a registered Non-EU agency profile without duplicating the agency or candidate record. Each participant sees only the records and project sections allowed by its role, active access, and the worker’s applicable approvals.
Coupon and campaign attribution
An agency account may use one coupon once, for one paid option only. The platform stores coupon reservation, redemption, and referral attribution data to enforce that rule, prevent repeated use, apply an eligible recurring discount to the original subscription, and calculate partner or affiliate reporting. Coupon data does not give an agency access to worker documents.
Public contact forms
The public contact form should be used for questions and onboarding context only. Workers and agencies should not send passports, contracts, certificates, payment proofs, or private CV files through the public website.
