One Romanian agency account for the complete hiring workflow
Romanian recruitment agencies can use Working in Romania to review public-safe candidate profiles, request contact or representation with the worker’s approval, and coordinate recruitment projects without copying candidate records between systems.
The account connects directly to registered Non-EU agencies already present on WIR. A Romanian agency can link a Non-EU supplier to a recruitment project, while both agencies continue to use their own accounts and the same protected candidate record.
