Approved affiliates receive separate worker and agency referral links and do not receive coupons. The dashboard tracks attributed accounts, eligible paid services, commission, and payout requests.
Affiliate program
Working in Romania combines CV visibility with a secure document workflow for workers and non-EU agencies preparing non-EU workers for Romania.
Workers and agencies register for FREE, so registration alone creates no earnings. Commission begins when an attributed worker activates paid Romania visibility or an attributed agency pays for an eligible contact-access or managed-workspace option.
Approved affiliates receive separate worker and agency referral links and do not receive coupons. The dashboard tracks attributed accounts, eligible paid services, commission, and payout requests.
Regional partners are created by the platform team and receive assigned worker and agency coupon campaigns instead of referral links. Worker activation and agency subscription earnings are reported separately.
An affiliate earns 20% from an attributed worker's eligible one-time visibility payment. For an attributed agency, the affiliate earns 20% from the first eligible payment and 10% from later eligible monthly payments during the 12 months that start on the agency registration date.
Regional Partners earn their configured share from eligible worker visibility payments. For agencies, they earn 10% for the first 30 active paid clients, then 10 EUR per active paid agency and month starting with client 31.
Eligible commission becomes requestable after the 30-day review period. Affiliate and Regional Partners can request whole 50 EUR batches; a smaller balance remains available until it reaches the minimum.
Workers improve CV visibility. Agencies publish Romania jobs and can replace scattered email or chat files with managed candidate dossiers, missing-file checks, expiry tracking, and consent-based access.

Create an affiliate account, then wait for platform approval. Regional Partner accounts cannot self-register and are created by the platform team. After approval, your dashboard shows attributed workers and agencies, eligible payments, commission status, and payout requests.
